DOT Consultants (MS, OR, CA)

Full-time position & Part-Time Available, hours vary

Skills and Education Required:

  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Self-starter; motivated
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to Detail; ability to present information in an effective manner
  • Willing to travel; including some overnight travel as needed
  • Proficient computer skills, specifically Microsoft office
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent; Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Preference given to Spanish-fluent candidates
  • Experience (one of the following required):
      • Minimum of 5 years serving as a Federal DOT officer
      • Minimum of 5 years employed as a Director of Safety with demonstrated value and success

Responsibilities Include:

  • Conditional and Unsatisfactory Rating Upgrade Plans
  • Data Q’s
  • Internal/Staff Training
  • External/Client Trainings and Quarterly meetings
  • Client relations and monthly visits
  • Mock Safety Audit Performance (remotely and on-site)
  • DOT Audit Representation (remotely and on-site)

 

 

Licensing Specialist (Lititz, PA) 

Part-time position, hours vary & include evenings and Saturdays

Skills and Education Required:

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Self-starter; motivated
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to Detail; ability to present information in an effective manner
  • Proficient computer skills, specifically Microsoft office
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Valid Pennsylvania notary commission preferred, but not required
  • Preference is given to Spanish-speaking candidates

Responsibilities include:

  • Title clerk responsibilities:
    • Auto and commercial truck titling
    • Daily PennDOT processing
    • Receiving completed work from PennDOT
    • Weight combination, boat titling, DCNR processing
  • Maintain a highly organizing filing system
    • Submit reports directly to appropriate agency
  • Quarterly fuel tax (IFTA) completion
