Traveling Nurse & Specimen Collector – Lititz, PA (full-time)

The Traveling Nurse will work for the Occupational Medicine extension of Compliance Navigation Specialists and will travel to scheduled sites and complete all necessary steps to conduct the service at that site.

Types of testing may include:

  • Audiometric Testing
  • Respiratory Fit Testing
  • DOT Drug and Alcohol Collection Testing
  • Physiological Testing (blood pressure, height, weight)

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Complete setup for on-site Occupational Medicine events
  • Performs the testing independently or as a part of the CNS team on-site
  • Provides required reporting as per CNS standards
  • Returns the mobile unit to desired CNS location
  • Cleans and restocks the mobile facility

  • COHC, COHC-S or CAOHC certification
  • DOT drug and alcohol testing certification

Driver Specialist – Lititz, PA (full-time)

The Driver Specialist will oversee and participate in the workflows pertaining to Driver Qualification Files, DOT Drug and Alcohol Consortium and testing, Hours-of-Service Consulting, and Electronic Logging Device (ELD) Management services.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Driver Qualification File processing
  • Performing audits, compiling reports and data, and relaying results to Account Managers
  • Onboarding of new client and new driver additions
  • Management of DOT drug and alcohol consortium
  • Perform DOT drug and alcohol testing services to clients and drivers
  • Hours-of-Service consulting
  • ELD management consulting and troubleshooting
  • Customer Service/Communication with clients


  • Proficient using Microsoft products (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – ability to engage and communicate with customers and clients verbally and in writing/electronically
  • Broad knowledge of all service lines for general questions, correspondence, referrals and cross promotional opportunities
  • Develop deep expertise in DOT regulations

Secondary/Back-Up Support Responsibilities:

  • Support the Safety Rating Upgrade team

Senior Program Developer – Lititz, PA (full-time)

The SPD will provide support to current Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management System (MSCRM) development/customization and administration within Compliance Navigation Specialists, Northern Insurance Specialists, and CNS Driver Training Center. This position will also oversee the development of further projects to support the continual improvement and efficiency of the services of the family of companies. Additionally, this position will provide support to IT systems and development.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

This position will have the following primary responsibilities:

  • Development, configuration, administration and support of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Creation of Functional API’s to Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Secondary/Back-Up Support:

This position will have the following support role responsibilities:

  • Provide support and maintenance to IT systems and development
    • Microsoft Office and Outlook
    • Hardware and equipment
    • Server and cloud-based server management

Skills/Competencies Required:

CDL Driving Instructor(s) (full-time) – Lititz, PA

This position will provide CDL driving training to CNS Driver Training Center clients of all skill levels on a full-time or part-time basis (approximately 20 hours per week, as scheduled).

Other requirements:

  • Unrestricted Class A CDL
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
  • 5 years of verifiable commercial driving experience
