Job description

The Licensing Specialist I will serve both local clients and clients nationwide with truck and general transportation licensing.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient using Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Notary Public (or willing to obtain)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – ability to engage and communicate with CNS team and clients verbally and in writing/electronically
  • Broad knowledge of all service lines for general questions, correspondence, referrals and cross promotional opportunities
  • Deep expertise (or desire to develop expertise) in DOT licensing needs within Pennsylvania and beyond

Primary Responsibilities

  • General customer service and communication
  • Licensing processing and completion
  • Auto titling and notary needs for local clientele

Secondary/Back-Up Support Responsibilities

  • Support the CNS Specialists’ team as needed

Job description

The Safety Rating Upgrade Specialist (SRU Specialist) will build, research, and compile reporting needed to process safety and procedural appeals to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration regional offices throughout the United States.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 2+ years of experience within human resources or administration role in the transportation or trucking industry
  • Proficient using Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – ability to engage and communicate with CNS team and clients verbally and in writing/electronically
  • Broad knowledge of all service lines for general questions, correspondence, referrals and cross promotional opportunities
  • Deep expertise (or desire to develop expertise) in DOT regulations and the transportation industry

Primary Responsibilities

  • Onboarding introductions with new clients
  • Compiling client-specific reports and data
  • Coordination of renewal of expiring documents or licensure, safety rating changes, and requested report detail or clarification
  • Customer Service needs and ongoing communication with clients; consultation as needed
  • DOT (Federal Department of Transportation) audit support and preparation
  • Inter-department communication with Insurance, Licensing and Accounting divisions

Job description:

The instructor provides expertise and knowledge to the new driver through teaching maneuvers, pre and post-trip inspection guidance, and general driving practice after an individual has obtained their CDL permit. All instruction is one-on one and on the road, not in a classroom or a group setting.

Qualifications and Education:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – ability to engage and communicate with new drivers of all skill levels
  • Unrestricted Valid Class A CDL
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record
