Fleet Specialist – Lititz, PA (full-time)

The fleet specialist maintains the organization and management of clients that have contracted CNS and our team of specialists to maintain their fleet of vehicles.

We are looking for a motivated self-starter with a passion for the transportation industry. Someone with a high level of organization and attention to detail, and a commitment to fleet and commercial motor vehicle safety, compliance, and management.

The specialist will secure required state documentation, vehicle inspections, and proper licensing for all commercial motor vehicles on behalf of clients. Well-versed in mechanical labor times and prices, the specialist will also negotiate and confirm work orders on all vehicles.

Proactive safety and compliance will be instrumental through all systems and processes followed by the fleet specialist.

Responsibilities include:

  • Open, build, check pricing on all aspects of repairs.
  • Order parts from preferred vendors, and get best prices for our clients available.
  • Issue and pay purchase orders and issue credit card payments when necessary.
  • Proactively provide oversight and management throughout the licensing, vehicle inspection, and regular vehicle maintenance.
  • Fuel Tax Compliance
  • Review Insurance appraisals
  • Roadside assistants calls
  • Review Fuel cost and implement cost saving ideas

Skills/Qualifications required:

  • Experience in titling, licensing, mechanical labor rates, and commercial motor vehicle work orders are necessary to be successful in the fleet management program at CNS.

Licensing Specialist: Notary Public – Lititz, PA (part-time/full-time)

The Licensing Specialist greets customers and fulfills their needs within the local licensing center and notary in Lititz, PA.

We are looking for someone with a high level of organization and attention to detail, who enjoys working directly with customers, meeting their titling and licensing needs, and brightening their day.

Additionally, the Specialist serves customers across the United States with licensing needs remotely to support the Specialists and Account Managers of CNS as they manage our clients’ needs.

Managerial duties include scheduling staff, overseeing the organization and compliance of the licensing center, and assistance in organizing and setting up new centers through company growth and expansion.

Responsibilities include:

  • Auto Titling
  • Fleet Licensing
  • other licensing services as needed

Skills/Qualifications required:

  • Current Pennsylvania Notary Commission

DOT Medical Examiners (Pittsburgh, PA and Bridgeport, OH) – (Per Diem)

We are in search of a licensed MD, DO, Chiropractor, Physician’s Assistant, or Advanced Practice Nurse, certified by the FMCSA, to partner with.

The DOT Medical Examiner will provide OSHA Physicals, PA School Bus Physicals & DOT Physicals 2 days per week with our occupational medicine team.

No ongoing care, prescription authority, billing required of this position.

This is currently a part-time/PRN position that is has the potential to transition to full time as we expand our client base and occupational medicine services.

Pay: $60.00 to $75.00 /hour (DOE)

Medical Professional (MA, CNA, LPN, RN) – Lititz, PA (Per Diem)

This position provides support to the occupational medicine team within CNS.

Skills required:

  • Highly organized
  • Ability to Multi-Task
  • Excellent communication skills

This position is per diem, and available to qualified and certified medical assistants, certified nurse aids, licensed practical nurses, and registered nurses. Responsibilities will include:

  • (currently) COVID-19 temperature checks on location and in-house at our Lititz location
  • Assistance with DOT medical examinations and OSHA physicals on location and in-house at our Lititz location
  • DOT drug and alcohol screening

Senior Program Developer – Lititz, PA (full-time)

The SPD will provide support to current Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management System (MSCRM) development/customization and administration within Compliance Navigation Specialists, Northern Insurance Specialists, and CNS Driver Training Center. This position will also oversee the development of further projects to support the continual improvement and efficiency of the services of the family of companies. Additionally, this position will provide support to IT systems and development.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

This position will have the following primary responsibilities:

  • Development, configuration, administration and support of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Creation of Functional API’s to Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Secondary/Back-Up Support:

This position will have the following support role responsibilities:

  • Provide support and maintenance to IT systems and development
    • Microsoft Office and Outlook
    • Hardware and equipment
    • Server and cloud-based server management

CDL Driving Instructor (part-time/per diem) – Lititz, PA

This position will provide CDL driving training to CNS Driver Training Center clients of all skill levels on a part-time basis (approximately 15-30 hours per week, as scheduled).

Skills required:

  • Highly organized and efficient
  • Effective communication – verbal, writing, instruction
  • Exceptional driving skills

Other requirements:

  • Unrestricted Class A CDL
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
  • 5 years of verifiable commercial driving experience

Insurance Producer (full-time) – Lititz, PA

This position will provide support to Northern Insurance Specialists (NIS), the insurance branch of our family of companies.

The Producer is responsible for achieving revenue goals by bringing in new accounts/business and retaining existing clients. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining relationships with clients and potential clients most importantly, marketing and sales, communicating quotes and answering questions/educating clients on insurance.

A key part of this position is traveling to clients and potential clients for sales calls, and relationship management.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

This position will have the following primary responsibilities:

  • Selling commercial insurance policies and maintaining current clients.
    • Maintaining relationships with current clients.
    • Traveling/sales calls on location.
    • Representing Northern Insurance Specialists at trade shows and industry events.
    • Proactively research and qualify leads to develop a pipeline of potential clients.
    • Manage a referral system to grow leads and referrals from current customers.
    • Maintaining CRM system with accurate and current client information
  • Renewal Remarketing:
    • Review existing policies, update quote form and send to all markets
      • Create renewal proposal for client
      • Send a bind to order the underwriter with completed applications and any requested information

Secondary/Back-Up Support:

This position will have the following support role responsibilities:

  • Cross promote services of CNS
  • Participating in achievement towards company goals
